We ship worldwide! Here's everything you need to know about processing times, shipping methods, and what to expect after you place an order.

 

Processing Times

 

Apparel & Accessories (t-shirts, hoodies, tote, bucket hat): These items are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Please allow 2-7 business days for production before your order ships. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as it's on its way.

 

Skincare (Chateau Palisades line): Our skincare is freshly formulated per order with no preservatives — nothing sits on a shelf waiting for you. Please allow 2-3 weeks for production before your order ships.

 

Because these products are preservative-free, we strongly recommend choosing an expedited or overnight shipping option at checkout if you're ordering skincare from outside the United States, to minimize time in transit.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

 

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order weight and delivery address — you'll see the exact cost before you pay.

 

United States: 3-7 business days after processing.

Canada: 5-10 business days after processing.

International (all other countries): 10-20 business days after processing (standard).

International Expedited/Overnight (skincare, where available): 1-3 business days after processing.

 

Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to customs processing, weather, or carrier volume — particularly for international orders.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

 

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes assessed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure what to expect.

 

Some countries restrict the import of cosmetics or skincare products. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm that skincare items can be legally imported into their country before ordering.

 

Order Tracking

 

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update after you receive this email.

 

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

 

Her Grace is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier once shipped, but we're happy to help you file a claim. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can make it right.
